I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the property. It was just a short walk away from the bustling Juffair food street, which made dining options easily accessible. Additionally, the basic kitchen appliances provided in the room were a nice touch and added convenience to my stay.

the location of the hotel. easy access to city centre and availablity of all services oultlets near the hotel area.

too much families which causes non stop noise almost all day. also limited parking places.

This hotel is great value for money with basic amenities, clean rooms furnished with new furniture, and a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, far from noisy nightclubs but close to American Alley and its many restaurants. The staff provides great service and attention to detail.

All was okay.

The location of the hotel apartment was very convenient as down the road to "American Alley" and so was the rate for the size of the apartment. It's a little bit back from the main road so the noise from the passing cars were not a problem. All rooms were spacious and clean. Big fridge/freezer. Very helpful staff but english was not their strength but we all got by.

The beds were very hard - very little bounce. The wired internet did not work and neither did the ensuite toilet but was fixed the next day. The shower head holder was broken in the main bathroom so you had to keep holding the shower head for the whole time. The TV picture quality was not very clear. Towels were old and tired and they only gave us two bath towels on the second day but we had three people staying in the apartment and there were 3 used towels. Did not provide additional toilet rolls and did not replace when ran out.

I had a peaceful check-in and out experience. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The lighting in the apartment was excellent. The location was convenient, with Juffair food street just a short walk away. The apartment had kitchen facilities, which was a bonus.

Not obvious to find.

It was in the area I needed to be in. It was inexpensive. The room and its furnishing were overall visually pleasing.

The area outside the room was under some sort of construction. The room walls had some cracks. The sink in the bathroom emptied very slowly. Some of the drawers did not open. The power went off for a little while.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very huge, clean and furniture was OK. Kitchen was complete but utilities little worn but it was not a problem, Microwave and washing machine was there but we missed the dishwasher and washdryer. Overall a good apartment for family to stay, give it a 4-star rating. Personel service was excellent and very friendly and many staff available. If you need something, also about e.g. furniture, missing kitchen utilities, they immediately provide or fix it, so just ask. Cleaning also done each day but just inform them.

No major issues

I loved the location of the hotel as it was close to various restaurants, shops, and bars. It was convenient to go to the American Alley which is full of restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel had good facilities, and transportation was easily accessible.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Bahrain. the location was great as it was close to American Alley and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, making them really comfortable to stay in. Lastly, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day.

I have no complaints about my stay. Everything was great.

The staff were super friendly, and helpful. It was good value for money for Bahrain.

To have the room cleaned, and toiletries refilled you must call the front desk.
